Commission payments are subject to the following terms:

• Payments are processed monthly after verification
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply
• Tax obligations are the responsibility of the distributor
• Commission rates may be adjusted with 30 days notice
• Chargebacks may result in commission adjustments

Regarding our products and return policy:

• 30-day return policy for unused products
• Product information is provided for educational purposes
• Individual results may vary
• Consult healthcare professionals before use
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease

Either party may terminate the distributor agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for any reason
• Immediately for breach of terms or illegal activity
• Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease
• Outstanding commissions will be paid according to policy
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

MNR Life Care's liability is limited as follows:

• No guarantee of income or business success
• Individual results depend on effort and market conditions
• Company not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Maximum liability limited to amounts paid to the company
• Force majeure events excuse performance
